At Junked by Gi, every item is handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Because each product is individually crafted, all sales are considered final.

Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all product selections, personalization details (if applicable), and shipping information are accurate.

Refunds

Junked by Gi does not offer full or partial refunds except in rare circumstances and at our sole discretion.

If an issue arises with your order, we encourage you to contact us so we can review the situation. Depending on the circumstances, we may choose to offer one of the following:

A replacement item
Store credit
A partial refund
A full refund

Any resolution is determined solely by Junked by Gi and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing junkedbygi@gmail.com.

Please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and its original packaging

We will review your request and determine the most appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Because every item is handmade to order, we encourage customers to review their order carefully before completing their purchase.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at junkedbygi@gmail.com.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. If production has not yet begun, we may approve a cancellation at our sole discretion. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us first so we can assist you.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay the resolution process. We are committed to working with our customers to resolve legitimate concerns fairly and promptly.
