Shipping Policy
At Junked by Gi, every item is handcrafted with care and made with love. Because each piece is individually created, we ask that you allow time for us to make your order as special as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are handmade to order.
Please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to be designed, crafted, and prepared for shipment. While many orders are completed sooner, production times may occasionally be longer during periods of high demand.
We appreciate your patience and promise that the extra time goes into creating a product you’ll love.
Shipping
At this time, Junked by Gi ships within the United States only.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delivery times after shipment are determined by the shipping carrier and may vary by location.
International Orders
We do not currently offer international shipping through our website.
If you are located outside of the United States and are interested in placing an order, please email us at junkedbygi@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate international orders whenever possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Junked by Gi is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, Junked by Gi is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged due to a shipping or production issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at junkedbygi@gmail.com. Please include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review your request.
